Our coated shapes are used in exterior design of houses and businesses. It begins with any shape you choose, whether from our catalog or a custom shape of your choosing. Once a design is chosen, you then have the option of selecting a density of foam you would need. We then cut your parts to specification and wrap the foam with a fiberglass mesh reinforcement to aid in strength. Lastly we coat the product with specialized concrete, let it dry, and it's ready to be hung.
